ymiLIVE Video Challenge RULES
Your Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Youth Group’s video should be an interpretation of the scripture verse, “Do justice, love kindness, walk humbly with your God” (Micah 6:8). The scripture verse can be taken in whole or in parts, such as “Do justice.” Be creative; express your interpretation through skits, animation, interviews, etc.
Submissions are open from March 1 to May 31 and the 15 finalists will be announced on June 2. Everyone is invited to vote for their three favorite videos. From among the 15 videos with the most votes on June 2, the Youth Advisory Delegates will be invited to cast the final votes to determine the three winning videos. The winners will be announced at the 2008 General Assembly (June 21-28, San Jose, California).
The Presbyterian Foundation Group will establish three $25,000 endowment funds at the Presbyterian Foundation to support youth ministry at the churches with the winning videos. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. No cash will be awarded in lieu of specific awards.

Getting Started
- Youth Leader registers the youth group at ymiLIVE.org beginning February 1.
- Youth Leader approves and posts video to the web site
- View your youth group’s video and others at ymiLIVE.org.
- You can forward a link to the ymiLIVE site to your family and friends to view your video and vote. Tell everyone you know to go to ymiLIVE.org, register and VOTE!
Video Challenge
- Participation is limited to middle-school and high school students.
- The video submission will be made by Youth Group Leader.
- Each church is allowed to submit one video.
- The video must be submitted as a full quality/full frame (no smaller than 320x240 pixel) QuickTime/MOV, WMV or MPEG format. Your video must also have a title. For more on video specs, check out the Video Toolbox.
- The video length must be between 2 minutes and 4 minutes.
- All videos should be free of copyright materials (music or video).
